Maqolada bo‘lajak pedagoglarda emotsional intellekt (EI) shakllanishining o‘ziga xos psixologik-pedagogik xususiyatlari o‘rganiladi. EI o‘z his-tuyg‘ularini anglash, boshqarish, empatiya va ijtimoiy munosabatlarni o‘rnatish qobiliyatlari majmuasi sifatida ta’riflanadi. Bo‘lajak pedagoglarda EI ning rivojlanishi oliy ta’lim jarayonida muhim o‘rin tutadi, chunki u kasbiy stressni boshqarish, sinf muhitini ijobiy tashkil etish va professional yonib ketishni oldini olishga yordam beradi.
