Mazkur tezisda raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida O‘zbekiston Respublikasida xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasining samaradorligini oshirishga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy omillar tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida mehnat resurslari dinamikasi, bandlik ko‘rsatkichlari, ijtimoiy xizmatlar rivojlanishi hamda raqamlashtirish jarayonlarining xizmatlar sektoriga ta’siri o‘rganildi. Tahlil natijalari xizmat ko‘rsatish samaradorligi ko‘p omilli tizim asosida shakllanishini ko‘rsatdi. Xususan, mehnat resurslarining sifati, moliyaviy resurslardan foydalanish darajasi, hududiy infratuzilma rivoji hamda raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish xizmatlar samaradorligini oshiruvchi muhim omillar sifatida aniqlangan.
