Abstract

Mazkur tezisda restoran va umumiy ovqatlanish korxonalarida tashkiliy boshqaruv tuzilmasining ahamiyati, uning asosiy bo‘g‘inlari va boshqaruv jarayonini samarali tashkil etish masalalari yoritilgan. Restoran xo‘jaligida boshqaruv tizimining to‘g‘ri tashkil etilishi xizmat ko‘rsatish sifati, ishlab chiqarish jarayoni hamda korxonaning iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi. Shuningdek, zamonaviy restoranlarda boshqaruv tuzilmasining o‘ziga xos jihatlari, xodimlar o‘rtasidagi vazifalar taqsimoti hamda boshqaruv samaradorligini ta’minlash usullari tahlil qilinadi.
