INDIVIDUAL TITAN IMPLANTLARIDA OSTEOBLAST FAOLLIGI VA SUYAK REGENERATSIYASINI BAHOLASH

Mazkur ilmiy tezis individual titan implantlarida osteoblast hujayralarining biologik faolligi hamda suyak to‘qimasining regeneratsiya jarayonlarini kompleks baholashga bag‘ishlangan. So‘nggi yillarda stomatologiya, travmatologiya va ortopediya sohalarida individual implantlarning keng joriy etilishi ularning biologik mosligi, osteointegratsiya darajasi va uzoq muddatli barqarorligini chuqur ilmiy asosda o‘rganishni taqozo etmoqda. Tadqiqotda titan implant yuzasining mikro va nano darajadagi xususiyatlari osteoblastlarning yopishishi, proliferatsiyasi va differensiallanishiga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishi tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, suyak regeneratsiyasining molekulyar va hujayraviy mexanizmlari, osteoblast va osteoklastlar o‘rtasidagi muvozanat, implant atrofidagi suyak to‘qimasining qayta shakllanish bosqichlari yoritib beriladi. Tezisda eksperimental va klinik tadqiqotlar natijalari umumlashtirilib, individual titan implantlarining samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha ilmiy xulosalar va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi.
