Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy tezisda o‘smirlik davrida shaxslararo munosabatlarning shakllanishi va rivojlanishida emotsional intellektning tutgan o‘rni keng yoritilgan. O‘smirlarning emotsiyalarni anglash, boshqarish va boshqalarning his-tuyg‘ularini tushunish qobiliyatlari ularning ijtimoiy muhitdagi muvaffaqiyati bilan chambarchas bog‘liqligi ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan.
