Mazkur ilmiy maqolada innovatsion ekotizim va startap infratuzilmasining kichik biznes rivojlanishiga ta’siri kompleks tarzda tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida innovatsion tadbirkorlikni qo‘llab-quvvatlash va kichik biznesning raqobatbardoshligini oshirish zarurati bilan izohlanadi. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi – innovatsion ekotizim elementlari hamda startap infratuzilmasining kichik biznes rivojlanishidagi o‘rnini aniqlash va ularni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan takliflar ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Tadqiqot davomida tizimli, komparativ va tahliliy metodlardan foydalanildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, texnoparklar, biznes inkubatorlar, venchur fondlar va raqamli platformalar kichik biznesning innovatsion salohiyatini oshirishda muhim omil hisoblanadi
