Ushbu maqolada Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) asosidagi entomopatogen biopreparatlarning tuproqning fizik, kimyoviy va mikrobiologik xususiyatlariga ta’siri o‘rganildi. Preparat tarkibidagi Cry oqsillari tuproq zarralariga adsorbsiyalanib, uzoq vaqt faol bo‘lishi mumkinligi aniqlangan.Tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, tuproq mikroflorasi va foydali hasharotlar Cry oqsillari ta’sirida sezilarli zarar ko‘rmaydi, bu esa biopreparatlarning ekologik xavfsizligini tasdiqlaydi. Tuproq turi va xususiyatlari Cry oqsillarining parchalanishi va faol ta’sirini belgilaydi. Natijalar qishloq xo‘jaligida zararkunandalarga qarshi ekologik xavfsiz, samarali va barqaror himoya vositalarini tanlash va qo‘llashda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
