Eksperimental diabet modelida “Maxsar” o‘simligi ekstrakti oshqozon osti bezi Langerhans orolchalarini oksidativ stressdan himoya qilib, glyukozani pasaytirish va insulin sekretsiyasini yaxshilash natijasini o‘rganib chiqildi. Davolash oksidativ stress markerlarini yaxshiladi va beta-hujayra zichligini qisman tiklashi o‘rganildi. Natijalar ekstraktning antigiperglyemik va antioksidant ta’sirlarini ko‘rsatdi, ammo molekulyar mexanizmlar va xavfsizligini aniqlash uchun qo‘shimcha tadqiqotlar zarur.
