PERSONALISIERTE MEDIZIN DURCH KÜNSTLICHE INTELLIGENZ: CHANCEN, ETHISCHE HERAUSFORDERUNGEN UND DATENSCHUTZRECHTLICHE GRENZEN IN DEUTSCHLAND UND DER EU

Die Integration künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) in die personalisierte Medizin verspricht einen Paradigmenwechsel hin zu individualisierter Diagnostik, Therapie und Prävention. Durch die Analyse großer multimodaler Datensätze (Multi-Omics, Bildgebung, elektronische Patientenakten) ermöglichen KI-Algorithmen präzisere Prognosen, optimierte Behandlungsstrategien und eine frühere Erkennung von Erkrankungen. Besonders in der Onkologie, Kardiologie und seltenen Erkrankungen zeigen sich bereits klinische Erfolge. Gleichzeitig wirft der Einsatz von KI erhebliche ethische und rechtliche Fragen auf. Zu den zentralen Herausforderungen zählen algorithmische Bias und Diskriminierung unterrepräsentierter Bevölkerungsgruppen, mangelnde Transparenz („Black-Box“-Problematik), die Autonomie des Arztes sowie die Gefahr einer Über- oder Fehlinterpretation von KI-Ergebnissen. Datenschutzrechtlich steht der Konflikt zwischen der Notwendigkeit großer Trainingsdatensätze und den strengen Vorgaben der DSGVO sowie des European Health Data Space (EHDS) im Vordergrund. Der EU AI Act (2024/1689) klassifiziert medizinische KI-Systeme überwiegend als Hochrisiko-Systeme und fordert umfassende Konformitätsbewertungen, Risikomanagement und menschliche Aufsicht. In Deutschland verschärfen nationale Regelungen (z. B. Gesundheitsdatennutzungsgesetz, Medical Device Regulation) diese Anforderungen weiter. Die Arbeit untersucht Chancen und Grenzen dieses Spannungsfeldes, beleuchtet aktuelle regulatorische Entwicklungen (Stand 2026) und entwickelt Handlungsempfehlungen für eine ethisch verantwortungsvolle und datenschutzkonforme Implementierung von KI in der personalisierten Medizin in Deutschland und der EU.
