Mazkur maqolada mehnat bozori va ijtimoiy masalalar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro uzviy bog‘liqlik ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy jihatdan chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda mehnat bozorining shakllanishi, uning asosiy elementlari hamda bandlik, ishsizlik, mehnat unumdorligi kabi ko‘rsatkichlarning ijtimoiy barqarorlikka ta’siri yoritib berilgan. Shuningdek, mehnat bozoridagi nomutanosibliklar, aholi daromadlari tafovuti, kambag‘allik darajasi va ijtimoiy himoya tizimining samaradorligi masalalari atroflicha tahlil etilgan. Maqolada davlatning mehnat bozori va ijtimoiy sohani tartibga solishdagi roli, ijtimoiy siyosat vositalari hamda ularning iqtisodiy rivojlanishga ta’siri ilmiy asosda ochib berilgan. Tadqiqot xulosalari mehnat bozorini rivojlantirish va ijtimoiy masalalarni hal etishga qaratilgan samarali siyosiy qarorlar qabul qilishda muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.Downloads
