O‘ZBEKISTONDA DUKKAKLI DON MAHSULOTLARINI YETISHTIRISH SAMARADORLIGINI OSHIRISHNING STRATEGIK YO‘NALISHLARI: SWOT TAHLIL ASOSIDA
Abstract
Global oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi muammolari va iqlim o‘zgarishlari sharoitida dukkakli don ekinlari (no‘xat, loviya, soya, yasmiq, mosh va boshqalar) strategik ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib bormoqda. Ushbu ekinlar nafaqat yuqori oqsilga boy ozuqa manbai, balki tuproq unumdorligini oshiruvchi va ekologik barqarorlikni ta’minlovchi muhim qishloq xo‘jaligi resursi hisoblanadi. O‘zbekistonda dukkakli don ekinlarini yetishtirish imkoniyatlari katta bo‘lishiga qaramay, soha rivojlanishi bir qator muammolarga duch kelmoqda. Shu sababli ushbu soha holatini kompleks baholash va rivojlanish strategiyasini ishlab chiqish dolzarb ahamiyat kasb etadi.
