Abstract

Mazkur tezisda sayyohlarning ruhiy (psixografik) tiplari va ularning hayotiy davrlariga qarab marketing strategiyalarini moslashtirish masalasi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda turizm marketingida individual yondashuvning ahamiyati hamda iste’molchilarning shaxsiy xususiyatlari, qadriyatlari va ehtiyojlari asosida segmentatsiya qilish zarurligi asoslab beriladi. Hayotiy davr kontseptsiyasi turistlarning qaror qabul qilish jarayonlariga bevosita ta’sir etuvchi omil sifatida o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, yosh, oilaviy holat va hayotiy tajribaga qarab farqlanuvchi sayyoh turlariga mos marketing strategiyalari taklif etiladi.
