Ushbu maqolada avvalo IT-xizmatlar sektori nimadan iboratligi, so‘ng iqtisodiy o‘sishga va daromadlar dinamikasiga uning ta’siri, hamda rivojlangan va rivojlanayotgan davlatlar misolida soha tendensiyalari hamda muammolari tahlil qilinadi. Xulosa va takliflar qismida sektorning iqtisodiy rivojlanishdagi strategik o‘rnini kuchaytirish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
