Ushbu tezisda zamonaviy qishloq xo‘jaligida ekologik muvozanatni saqlash va tuproq unumdorligini oshirishda mikroorganizmlar, xususan Azotobacter chroococcumning roli to’g’risida olib borilgan tadqiqotlar sharhlangan. Bakteriyaning azot fiksatsiyasi, fitogormonlar sintezi va o‘simlik o‘sishini rag‘batlantiruvchi xususiyatlari ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, bioo‘g‘it ishlab chiqarishda fermentatsiya jarayonlari va ularning agrobiotexnologik ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqilgan.
