Abstract

Kolloid kvant nuqtalari (KK) nanometr shkalasida o'lchamlarga ega bo'lgan eruvchan yarimo'tkazgichli nanokristallardir. Materiallar, tavlash vaqti va konsentratsiya prekursorini boshqarish KK o'lchami va shaklini sozlash imkonini beradi [1-2] KK larning optik va elektr xususiyatlari ularning kuchli kvant cheklash effekti tufayli ularning o'lchami va shaklini boshqarish orqali osongina sozlanadi. Bundan tashqari, KK larning ligand almashinuvi energiya darajasini kerakli qiymatga o'zgartirishi mumkin
