Abstract

Ushbu tezisda xizmat sifatini marketing vositasi sifatida shakllantirish jarayoni tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, mehmonxona va turoperatorlik faoliyatida xizmat sifati mijozlar ehtiyojini qondirish, ularning sodiqligini oshirish hamda bozorda raqobat ustunligini ta’minlashda muhim omil sifatida qaraladi. Tadqiqot davomida xalqaro marketing tajribalari o‘rganilib, ularni mahalliy sharoitga moslashtirish yo‘llari ko‘rsatildi.
