Author Guidelines

Scientific Journals “D-PRESS SERVICES” welcomes high-quality original manuscripts from researchers worldwide. Authors are encouraged to carefully read and follow the guidelines below to ensure an efficient review and publication process.

  1. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

The journal accepts the following types of submissions:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Articles (systematic and narrative)
  • Analytical and Theoretical Papers
  • Case Studies with strong scientific contribution

All submissions must demonstrate originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal’s aims and scope.

  1. Language of Submission
  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, academic English
  • Authors whose first language is not English are advised to use professional language editing services prior to submission
  1. Manuscript Structure

3.1 Title Page (submitted separately)

The title page must include:

  • Full title of the manuscript
  • Short running title (if applicable)
  • Full names of all authors
  • Institutional affiliations
  • Corresponding author’s email address
  • ORCID iDs (recommended)

Note: To ensure double-blind peer review, the title page must be uploaded separately.

3.2 Main Manuscript (Anonymous)

The main manuscript file must NOT contain any author-identifying information and should include:

  1. Title
  2. Abstract (150–250 words)
  3. Keywords (4–6 keywords)
  4. Introduction
  5. Literature Review (if applicable)
  6. Methodology / Materials and Methods
  7. Results
  8. Discussion
  9. Conclusion
  10. Acknowledgements (optional, anonymized)
  11. References
  12. Abstract and Keywords
  • Abstract should clearly state the research purpose, methods, results, and conclusions
  • Keywords should reflect the core content of the manuscript and align with SCOPUS subject areas
  1. Formatting Requirements
  • File format: Microsoft Word (.docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Line spacing: 5
  • Margins: 5 cm on all sides
  • Page numbers: bottom center
  1. Tables and Figures
  • Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively
  • Titles and captions must be clear and descriptive
  • Figures must be of high resolution (minimum 300 dpi)
  • All tables and figures must be cited in the text
  1. References and Citation Style
  • The journal follows an internationally recognized citation style (APA / Harvard / Chicago — specify on website)
  • All references must be accurate and complete
  • DOIs should be included where available
  • Reference list must be alphabetically ordered
  1. Research Ethics and Integrity

Authors must comply with ethical standards and declare:

  • Ethical approval for studies involving human or animal subjects
  • Informed consent (where applicable)
  • Funding sources and conflicts of interest
  1. Plagiarism Policy
  • All submissions are checked using plagiarism detection software
  • Acceptable similarity index: up to 15–20%, excluding references
  • Manuscripts exceeding this threshold will be rejected
  1. Data Availability and Transparency

Authors are encouraged to:

  • Clearly describe data sources and methods
  • Provide datasets or supplementary materials when possible
  • Ensure reproducibility and transparency of results
  1. Submission Process
  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system or official email
  • Authors must confirm that the manuscript is not under review elsewhere
  • A cover letter may be submitted highlighting the significance of the research
  1. Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.

  • At least two independent reviewers evaluate each manuscript
  • Editorial decisions are based on reviewers’ recommendations

  1. Revision and Acceptance
  • Authors must respond to all reviewer comments
  • Revised manuscripts should include a point-by-point response
  • Final acceptance is granted by the Editor-in-Chief
  1. Publication Fees (if applicable)
  • Any Article Processing Charges (APCs) are clearly stated prior to submission
  • Fee waivers may be available under special conditions
  1. Copyright and Open Access
  • Authors retain copyright of their work
  • Articles are published under a Creative Commons (CC BY) license
  • Open access ensures global visibility and accessibility
  1. Post-Publication Policies
  • Corrections and retractions are handled according to COPE guidelines
  • Authors are encouraged to promote their published work ethically

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before beginning the submission process, authors are required to confirm that their manuscript complies with the following requirements:

  • ☐ The manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal.

  • ☐ The submission aligns with the Aims and Scope of Scientific Journals “D-PRESS SERVICES”.

  • ☐ The manuscript has been prepared in accordance with the Author Guidelines.

  • ☐ The main manuscript file is anonymized and contains no author-identifying information to ensure double-blind peer review.

  • ☐ A separate title page containing author names, affiliations, and corresponding author details has been prepared.

  • ☐ The abstract (150–250 words) and 4–6 keywords are included and accurately reflect the content of the manuscript.

  • ☐ All tables and figures are properly numbered, titled, and cited in the text.

  • ☐ References are complete, accurate, and formatted according to the journal’s required citation style.

  • ☐ DOIs are included in the reference list where available.

  • ☐ The manuscript has been checked for grammar, clarity, and academic language quality.

  • ☐ The similarity index does not exceed the journal’s acceptable limit (15–20%, excluding references).

  • ☐ Ethical approval has been obtained for research involving human or animal subjects, where applicable.

  • ☐ All authors have made significant contributions to the manuscript and have approved the final version.

  • ☐ Any conflicts of interest and funding sources have been fully disclosed.

  • ☐ The author agrees to the journal’s Publication Ethics, Open Access, and Copyright policies.

By confirming this checklist, the author acknowledges responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and ethical integrity of the submitted manuscript.
