Abstract

Pastki jag‘ (mandibula) nuqsonlari tug‘ma anomaliyalar, travmalar, o‘smalar va yallig‘lanish jarayonlari natijasida yuzaga kelib, bemorlarning chaynash funksiyasi, nutqi, estetik ko‘rinishi va hayot sifatiga jiddiy salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Zamonaviy jag‘-yuz jarrohligida bunday nuqsonlarni tiklash uchun individual titan implantlardan foydalanish istiqbolli yo‘nalishlardan biri hisoblanadi. Mazkur ilmiy maqolada pastki jag‘ nuqsonlarini tiklashda qo‘llaniladigan individual titan implantlarining yangi konstruktiv yechimlari, ularning biomekanik asoslari, biologik mosligi va klinik samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda CAD/CAM va additiv ishlab chiqarish texnologiyalari asosida ishlab chiqilgan implantlarning afzalliklari, ularni loyihalash va optimallashtirish bosqichlari batafsil yoritilgan. Shuningdek, yangi konstruksiyadagi implantlarning an’anaviy rekonstruktiv usullar bilan solishtirma tahlili keltirilgan. Olingan natijalar individual titan implantlarning pastki jag‘ nuqsonlarini tiklashda yuqori funksional va estetik samaradorlikka ega ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
