Abstract

This article analyzes Uzbekistan’s initiatives on the Afghan issue at both regional and international levels, as well as its proposals that are considered important for ensuring stability in Afghanistan. In particular, the history of the Uzbek leadership’s diplomatic policy toward Afghanistan is examined through two distinct periods.
