Author Guidelines
Scientific Journals “D-PRESS SERVICES” welcomes high-quality original manuscripts from researchers worldwide. Authors are encouraged to carefully read and follow the guidelines below to ensure an efficient review and publication process.
- Types of Manuscripts Accepted
The journal accepts the following types of submissions:
- Original Research Articles
- Review Articles (systematic and narrative)
- Analytical and Theoretical Papers
- Case Studies with strong scientific contribution
All submissions must demonstrate originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal’s aims and scope.
- Language of Submission
- Manuscripts must be written in clear, academic English
- Authors whose first language is not English are advised to use professional language editing services prior to submission
- Manuscript Structure
3.1 Title Page (submitted separately)
The title page must include:
- Full title of the manuscript
- Short running title (if applicable)
- Full names of all authors
- Institutional affiliations
- Corresponding author’s email address
- ORCID iDs (recommended)
Note: To ensure double-blind peer review, the title page must be uploaded separately.
3.2 Main Manuscript (Anonymous)
The main manuscript file must NOT contain any author-identifying information and should include:
- Title
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (4–6 keywords)
- Introduction
- Literature Review (if applicable)
- Methodology / Materials and Methods
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgements (optional, anonymized)
- References
- Abstract and Keywords
- Abstract should clearly state the research purpose, methods, results, and conclusions
- Keywords should reflect the core content of the manuscript and align with SCOPUS subject areas
- Formatting Requirements
- File format: Microsoft Word (.docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Line spacing: 5
- Margins: 5 cm on all sides
- Page numbers: bottom center
- Tables and Figures
- Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively
- Titles and captions must be clear and descriptive
- Figures must be of high resolution (minimum 300 dpi)
- All tables and figures must be cited in the text
- References and Citation Style
- The journal follows an internationally recognized citation style (APA / Harvard / Chicago — specify on website)
- All references must be accurate and complete
- DOIs should be included where available
- Reference list must be alphabetically ordered
- Research Ethics and Integrity
Authors must comply with ethical standards and declare:
- Ethical approval for studies involving human or animal subjects
- Informed consent (where applicable)
- Funding sources and conflicts of interest
- Plagiarism Policy
- All submissions are checked using plagiarism detection software
- Acceptable similarity index: up to 15–20%, excluding references
- Manuscripts exceeding this threshold will be rejected
- Data Availability and Transparency
Authors are encouraged to:
- Clearly describe data sources and methods
- Provide datasets or supplementary materials when possible
- Ensure reproducibility and transparency of results
- Submission Process
- Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system or official email
- Authors must confirm that the manuscript is not under review elsewhere
- A cover letter may be submitted highlighting the significance of the research
- Peer Review Process
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.
- At least two independent reviewers evaluate each manuscript
- Editorial decisions are based on reviewers’ recommendations

- Revision and Acceptance
- Authors must respond to all reviewer comments
- Revised manuscripts should include a point-by-point response
- Final acceptance is granted by the Editor-in-Chief
- Publication Fees (if applicable)
- Any Article Processing Charges (APCs) are clearly stated prior to submission
- Fee waivers may be available under special conditions
- Copyright and Open Access
- Authors retain copyright of their work
- Articles are published under a Creative Commons (CC BY) license
- Open access ensures global visibility and accessibility
- Post-Publication Policies
- Corrections and retractions are handled according to COPE guidelines
- Authors are encouraged to promote their published work ethically
