Ushbu maqola yengil atletikaning jismoniy tayyorgarlik va sog‘lom hayot tarzini rivojlantirishdagi rolini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, muntazam yengil atletika mashg‘ulotlari yurak‑qon tomir tizimini mustahkamlash, mushak va suyak tizimini rivojlantirish, tana vazni va yog‘ miqdorini nazorat qilishga yordam beradi. Shuningdek, yengil atletika psixologik farovonlikni oshiradi, stressni kamaytiradi va jamoaviy mashg‘ulotlar orqali ijtimoiy ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantiradi. Maqola yengil atletika orqali jismoniy va ruhiy salomatlikni birlashtirish imkoniyatlarini tahlil qiladi va mashg‘ulotlarni tizimli tarzda tashkil etish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beradi.
