Mazkur ilmiy maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida mehnat bozorining transformatsiyasi kompleks nazariy-tahliliy yondashuv asosida o‘rganiladi. Raqamli texnologiyalar, avtomatlashtirish, sun’iy intellekt va platformalashgan iqtisodiyot mehnat munosabatlariga, bandlik shakllariga va inson kapitaliga tub ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Tadqiqotda mehnat bozoridagi tarkibiy o‘zgarishlar, yangi kasblar va kompetensiyalar shakllanishi hamda ijtimoiy barqarorlikka ta’sir qiluvchi omillar tahlil qilinadi. IMRAD metodologiyasi doirasida raqamli transformatsiyaning iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy oqibatlari ochib beriladi. SWOT tahlil orqali raqamli mehnat bozorining kuchli va zaif tomonlari, imkoniyat va xavflari baholanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari mehnat siyosatini takomillashtirish va inson kapitalini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
