Abstract

Mazkur tezisda oqsillarni in silico qilish orqali kasalliklarni aniqlash va ularga erta tashxis qo‘yish tahlil qilinadi. Turli kasalliklarni kelib chiqishi oqsillar va ularning foldingiga bog‘liq bo‘ladi. Oqsillar va oqsil tabiatli biomarkerlarni dasturlar yordamida chizish orqali ularning aktiv markazlarini aniqlab molekular docking qilish, oqsillar strukturasi orqali kelib chiqadigan kasalliklarni davolashda foydalanadigan dasturlar haqida tahlil qilinadi.
